      I’m buying a property in Paphos, but I’ve seen articles about title deeds, trapped property buyers and application backlogs.

      I need help and guidance on what needs to be done to make sure there are no bad surprises?!

        You can buy a property without a title deed, BUT proper due diligence is highly recommended in knowing the reason why the title deed has not been issued yet. Also, the selling price is always a consideration; the purchase may be at a bargain price.

        It is not necessarily a bad idea to buy a property without separate title deeds but you must do so with caution.

        A good lawyer will provide guidance on the best path for you.
