      A cousin many years ago invested in a property in Florida, quite close to the theme parks. Not sure why, but he had mixed feelings about whether was a good investment for him.

      I’ve seen loads of adverts about good returns on Florida properties. Is buying property in Florida really a good investment?

        Hi Idrees,

        Buying a house in Florida, I would say is a great investment, but maybe in 2023.

        Florida has a stable economy, a strong housing market, good universities and world renowned family attractions. While house prices are expected to rise by 5% in 2022, home owners could come under pressure from rising inflation and interest rates in 2023 and prices potentially stalling in 2023…creating a buyers market!
