      Hi All!

      I’m looking at buying a property overseas for personal use and also want it to generate income for me.

      How easy is it to make money from an overseas property? eg rental income and capital appreciation

        Hi Gigmyst,

        Whether you are investing in your home country or overseas the key principles are the same – do your research and get the right help. The only difference is that things get a little more complicated because you are dealing with things in another country and most likely another language.

        There are destinations around the world that provide good rental income and capital appreciation. You just need to check those against what you would get locally.
