      Hi ALL,
      I’ve been looking at the real estate market in Mexico for a while, particularly the Cancun, Playa del Carmen and Tulum areas, with a view to investing rather than for personal use.

      Is there really an expat market and what the potential return on investment?

      Any recommendations on areas to buy?
