      Hi All,
      I am just wondering if property is on the market for 60,000 euros, how much extra in hidden costs – taxes, fees etc on top of the property costs will I be hit with?

        These are the main taxes and fees

        Registration fees – 0.10%, Notary fees – 0.10% to 1.5%, Estate agent’s fee – 2.5% to 3% (the seller pays a similar amount), Transfer tax – 0.10% to 3%

        Legal fees are another cost to add onto the budget. This varies, but expect to pay around €400 to €800.
