      Hi,

      My husband and I are looking planning to move to Turkey. I’m English and my husband is british born with Turkish roots. He speaks Turkish.

      He has family in Turkey, we are regular visitors and obviously love the country, people, food.

      We are lucky enough to have a house without a mortgage. We are going to rent it out and expect around 1500 GBP income per month.

      We are looking for a easy going lifestyle, 2 bed house with garden to grow food.

      I have looked into legal requirements, visa permits etc, but it would be great to get the thoughts on anyone is in a similar situation who can advise us.

        Completely agree with your choice.

        Renting your UK home is an excellent idea and commonly done by many expats, but make sure you get your tax arrangements sorted out to keep your tax exposure to a minimum.
