      Hi All,

      I’m looking to make a modest property purhcase in Portugal, and will be going out there towards the end of the year.

      I’ve been keeping an eye on property prices and noticed they are going up. What’s going on and should I bring forward my plans to avoid missing out?

        Generally, Portugal is seen as a great place to invest in property thanks to steady growth. The rise in property prices in Portugal in 2022 has been accelerating due to strong demand and a housing shortage.

        If can buy sooner rather than later.
