Located towards the top of San Francisco and near the popular El Pelut restaurant we offer this quirky property with some nice outside space.
The large, double wooden front door opens to a dining area with an arch through to the lounge which has a log burner. Here the stairs lead to a mid-floor bathroom with a bath and a few more stairs to a good size double bedroom to the front with beams and a twin bedroom with access to a small covered terrace.
Back to the lounge, double doors open to a covered light well and a double bedroom with en-suite wet room. Stairs from here lead straight onto the kitchen, which is perfectly located for all levels. A door opens straight out to the mid terrace / mini garden area, great for a hot tub as built straight onto the rock from here there is a pleasant covered terrace / dining area.
Stairs from the kitchen also give access to the roof terrace which offers us some fantastic views over town to the sea. Its hard to appreciate the fill potential of the property at the moment as there is too much furniture, but the outside space makes it worth a visit!
