Located not too high up in the old town, near San Roc square we offer this little holiday home with a good size terrace.
The front door opens to a seating area, leading through to another little reading area and then a kitchen with a log burner. The kitchen is fitted and continues to a shower room on this floor.
Stairs lead to the first floor with a bedroom to the front. There is another area that would hold a bed or make an ideal office space. From here we have a possible summer kitchen area with the light well covered over and a large bathroom to the rear.
The stairs take us to the roof terrace which runs the length of the property and has views over town to the sea. The property would benefit from a bit of TLC but has everything you need to enjoy your holiday!
