This villa will be built in a very quiet, new urbanization in Javea. The urbanization is just 2 km from the sandy beach the Arenal and 1 km from the nature reserve Granadella. Here you can find several hiking trails including a walking route to the idyllic pebble beach Granadella. A 5-minute drive away is a large supermarket. The house is divided over two floors.
