We have known this home for many years , set in the heart of Olveraa old town , with a special natural feature of having part of the rock crag known as Penon de Socorro right there at the back of the spacious terrace it makes it unique .
Entering on the ground floor there is good sized lounge diner with corner wood burning stove for those cosy winter evenings .
Then there is the fitted kitchen which had lower and upper solid wood cabinets, an integrated fridge freezer , hob and oven , plus there is large pantry do lots of storage.
up the tiled staircase there is a family bathroom with over bath shower , with a fantastic view out of the window , a large vanity unit and a loo .
Next door is spacious and light double bedroom with French doors opening to the view , the wood burner pipe passes through this room giving warmth in the winter .
The final room has been set up as a lounge and occasional bedroom with sofa bed , theres a large storeroom to the rear , a ful glass door leads out to the shallow flight of steps that take you up on to the previously mentioned terrace , the terrace has lots of space for outdoor dining and lounging ,plus a storage shed , theres even room to add a small jacuzzi or splash pool should you wish . The views are lovely looking out to the surrounding countryside anx onwards to the higher mountain ranges .
This home is good to go , it’s light bright and airy plus you can park on the street too .
