THE PROUD RAWAI is the newest complex (2020) 2 minutes walk from Rawai Beach and 5 minutes drive from Naiharn Beach. This is a private 2 bedroom apartment. The 3 rooms have a living area of 69 sq.m. can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1-2 children. Each bedroom has a king size bed.
The apartments are located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors. There are 5 residential floors in the complex, and on the 6th there is a swimming pool, a restaurant and a mini-cinema. There is Smart TV, as well as dedicated Wi-Fi (personal, router in the apartment, fiber optic).
The apartments are equipped with a washing machine, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils and other household utensils that make life easy and wonderful rest.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS
Utilities (water and electricity) are paid separately based on meter readings and at rates of 7 baht / kw, 35 baht / m3. Based on our experience, with judicious use of the air conditioner, the payment is usually around 50-70 baht / day. If you do not turn off the air conditioner even when you are outside the home, then the fee can reach 250 baht / day.
Breakfasts are served on the ground floor in the cafe from 9:00 to 12:00. Cost from 65 to 285 THB (excluding drinks).
