Our villa manager speaks English and will cater to all your requests and needs. She is responsible for leading the villa staff team. The chef will guide you through the Thai menu in the villa. Villa Sunyata comes fully cleaned. Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining a 5-star standard of cleanliness in the villa.
Villa Sunyata is part of a small complex of 6 detached villas with 24 hour security.

The younger family members will enjoy spending time at Villa Sunyata, which has many amenities to keep them entertained. Villa staff can arrange for babysitting services outside office hours for a small surcharge so that parents can enjoy the evening.

Villa Sunyata has eight en-suite bedrooms, all luxuriously furnished and equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, quality mattresses and linens, wardrobes, safes, TVs and hairdryers. Four bedrooms have balconies with sea views offering breathtaking ocean views. All but two bedrooms (which have twin beds) have either king or super king size beds. All bedrooms have enough space for a baby cot.
Villa Sunyata is designed as a home away from home and extends right down to the power system. The villa has a kitchen with an experienced team of chefs and a dining table that can comfortably accommodate 18 people. The chef will be happy to recommend and help you navigate the Thai dishes on the villa’s menu.
Groceries and beverages are charged at market price plus 20% handling fee. Guests are invited to order meals in a family style. The chef buys fresh produce from the market every day, so it’s best to anticipate requests in advance. The cooking will also try to accommodate any special wishes or dietary needs.
The villa also has partnerships with nearby restaurants in Kata, serving Western cuisine on request. For special occasions or special meals, the villa team will recommend several catering establishments.

Villa Sunyata’s superb location is the perfect base from which to explore Phuket’s stunning scenery. Villa Sunyata is located just 5 minutes walk from two of Phuket’s best sandy beaches, Kata Beach and Kata Noi Beach. Kata Beach (also called Kata Yai) is the larger of the two (1.5 km / 0.9 miles). Various water sports can be practiced here. Kata Noi Beach is wilder and less developed and will appeal to vacationers who want to relax and just lie on the beach.
Villa Sunyata is located on the oceanfront and faces west. This is a truly exceptional place to enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets on the island. Yachtsmen will definitely want to stay at the villa when they take part in the Kings Cup regatta, which has become the largest sailing event in Asia with over 100 racing boats from around the world.
