A lovely little island for sale off the Eastern Coast of Phuket. This island offers stunning sunrise and sea views. The size of the island is 275-2-79 Rai (441,116 sqm) and is available on a Nor Sor 3 Kor title.
The island has a beautiful, long sandy beach on its eastern side, facing Phuket. The water is clear and inviting. It is a nice beach for a swim. The beach is very idyllic with trees overhanging above. There is a smaller beach on the western side of the island and can be reached by walking through the coconut groves.
Currently there is a coconut palm plantation on the land. In addition, there are bungalows to accommodate tourists and guests. There is a long and soft white sand beach on the island approximately 1.2 km.
It is 15 minutes to Cape Yamu Pier and 30 minutes to Boat Lagoon Pier and Leam Hin Pier.
