CAPE GREKO
Cape Greko is the most Easterly point of both Cyprus and Europe and, since 1993 it has been proclaimed a National Forest Park. The Forest Park covers 385 hectares and you will find stunning nature trails, sea caves, a wide variety of Flora and Fauna and lots of wildlife. Certain parts are developed and home to some stunning properties, all of which are close to the sea. The main beach in the area, Konnos Bay, is sheltered from the prevailing winds, despite its wide sweep which makes it a popular spot for the rich to moor their yachts during the summer time. Cape Greko offers an amazingly quiet retreat, but as it is half way between the busy resorts of Ayia Napa and Protaras it is an excellent holiday destination.
