LIOPETRI

Liopetri is also famous for the monument to the Cypriot heroes who fought against the British in the Cyprus Liberation war from 1955 to 1959. Down by the river at Potamos Liopetriou there is a small fishing harbour with some of the best fish restaurants on the Island where you can sample the freshly caught local delicacies
