The house is partially ON FIRE today. It is sold as is for the indicated price, but there is the possibility of buying it already renovated (price to be agreed depending on the qualities and distribution chosen).
The reconstruction budgets that we have received vary between €350,000-450,000. That is what it would cost to leave it as it was before (as it appears in the photos of the advertisement). It is important to note that the infrastructure and structural pillars of the house have not suffered damage.
The house has a TOURIST RENTAL LICENSE, that is, it allows vacation rental. In 2020 and 2021 it was rented in a long-term format, generating income of €86,400/year (separate supplies, paid by client). In recent years it has been used by the owners of the house for family vacation use.
All the photos shown are real photos of how the house was before the fire (they are not renders). In the photos you can see the distribution of each plant (screenshot of the simple note). It is a luxury design home, on the first line of golf, with a swimming pool, sauna, cinema room, solarium.. . and 2 parking spaces included.
